Transfers behavioral health services from the Department of Health Services Division of Behavioral Health Services to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System Administration effective June 30, 2016.

Updates statutory definitions and references throughout Title 5 (racing and boxing) and Title 32 (appraisal) to reflect the new departmental structures and nomenclature.
