Proposes to amend Arizona Constitution Article VI, sections 38 and 39, to change judicial retention election thresholds.

Changes the threshold for judge retention from a simple majority to 60% affirmative vote requirement for judges to remain in office.

Changes the threshold for judge removal from a simple majority to more than 40% negative vote requirement to trigger a vacancy upon term expiration.

Applies to justices and judges of the supreme court, intermediate appellate court, superior court, and other courts of record.

Requires submission of the proposed constitutional amendment to voters at the next general election.
