AZ HCR2025

Enacts a measure for voter approval to repeal Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-751, 15-752, 15-753, 15-754, and 15-755 relating to English language education requirements in public schools.

Directs the legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation to update the Arizona Revised Statutes following passage of this measure for consideration in the 53rd legislature, first regular session.

Authorizes the executive director of the Arizona legislative council to blend non-conflicting statutory changes with modifications in this act.

Allows the legislature to make technical and conforming changes to any section of this act subject to Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit this proposition to voters at the next general election.
