Supports a ballot proposal instructing Arizona's congressional representatives to propose or support a U.S. constitutional amendment to repeal the Citizens United decision.

Amendment should establish that only human beings, not corporations, possess constitutional rights and that corporations are not entitled to the same protections as individuals.

Amendment should clarify that money is not speech and therefore regulating political contributions and spending does not violate free speech protections.

Aims to overturn the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling which allowed unlimited corporate spending in elections and to restore limits on campaign contributions and spending to level the political playing field.
