Expresses sincere regret at the passing of Colonel Bill Badger, who died on March 11, 2015, at age 78.

Honors Colonel Badger's 37-year career as a United States Army and National Guard aviator, including his role as Chief of the National Guard Bureau's Aviation Division and his establishment of attack helicopter training sites in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

Commemorates Colonel Badger's heroic actions on January 8, 2011, when he subdued an armed gunman at a Congress on Your Corner event in Tucson, preventing further casualties after the shooting that wounded him and then-Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.

Recognizes Colonel Badger's subsequent advocacy work to prevent gun violence and his contributions as a devoted family man, mentor to youth, and community member in southern Arizona.

Extends the Legislature's deepest sympathies to his wife Sallie Badger and son Christian Badger.
