Creates new statute 32-3219 requiring health profession regulatory boards to establish procedures when ordering health professionals to seek alcohol or substance abuse treatment.

When a board lacks an established treatment program, the health professional must submit names and credentials of three psychologists or psychiatrists and information about treatment facilities or continuing education courses.

Grants the health profession regulatory board final authority to select the treatment facility, evaluation, or continuing education program from the options provided by the health professional.
