Requires Arizona legislators to file a written statement disclosing direct financial interests when voting on bills, memorials, or resolutions that affect them financially.

Mandates statements identify the legislation, the legislator's vote, and the nature of the direct financial interest, filed with the chief clerk or secretary and posted on the legislator's web page in a "disclosure of direct financial interest" section.

Exempts disclosures when the financial interest applies to all legislators by virtue of their employment as public officers or when votes are cast in committee of the whole.

Requires disclosure to be reported as soon as possible after the legislator casts the vote.

Makes intentional or knowing failure to comply a class 1 misdemeanor offense.
