Amends sections 11-459.01, 20-841.04, 20-1057.01, and 32-1753 of Arizona Revised Statutes to replace references to "health professions" defined in section 32-3101 with "health professionals" defined in section 32-3201.

Repeals Title 32, Chapter 44, Arizona Revised Statutes entirely, eliminating sunrise review procedures for occupational and professional regulations.

Updates terminology in county prisoner complaint procedures, health insurance standing referrals, and optometry practice designations to align with revised statutory definitions.
