Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-319 regarding maintenance awards in dissolution of marriage or legal separation proceedings.

Adds a new factor (factor 14) for courts to consider when determining maintenance: a spouse's history of committing acts of domestic violence against the other spouse.

Corrects grammatical language in factor 13 by changing "results" to "resulted" in reference to criminal convictions.

Maintains existing court authority to determine maintenance amounts and duration based on 13 enumerated factors including standard of living, marriage duration, earning ability, and financial resources of both parties.
