Requires applicants for pharmacology certification to complete minimum hours of pharmacology study at an accredited chiropractic college and postgraduate study, plus a supervised rotation under a licensed medical or osteopathic physician.

Establishes that pharmacology-certified chiropractors must pass a board-approved pharmacology examination and pay a one hundred dollar certificate fee.

Amends the practice limitations for chiropractors to allow those certified in pharmacology to prescribe the specified medications, while maintaining the prohibition on general medicine and drug administration.

Updates continuing education requirements to include certification maintenance as a condition of license or certificate renewal.
