Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-322 regarding the number of signatures required on nomination petitions for candidates.

Adds new requirement that signatures on nomination petitions are invalid if the elector's residence address on the petition does not match the residence address shown on the voter registration roll.

Makes technical corrections by standardizing the term "percent" throughout the statute (changing "per cent" to "percent").

Updates the signature requirement maximum for community college district candidates from 1,000 to 1,250 signatures, effective July 1, 2012.
