Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2006 regarding the Department of Health Services' monitoring of alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment programs.

Corrects statutory reference from Section 8-249 to Section 8-343 in the list of statutes under which screening, education, and treatment programs are used.

Requires the Department of Health Services to adopt rules establishing standards for approval of alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment facilities.

Requires the Department of Health Services to establish standardized screening assessments and reporting/record-keeping requirements for alcohol and drug screening, education, and treatment facilities.
