Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-558 to allow special districts to conduct mail ballot elections with approval from the county board of supervisors before publishing the election call.

Changes references from "board" to "board body" when describing the governing entity of special districts.

Requires special district mail ballot elections to be conducted in accordance with Article 8 of the election statutes, except as otherwise provided.

Applies to special districts as defined in Title 48 located in or primarily located in the relevant county.
