Amends section 17-246 of Arizona Revised Statutes to correct the definition of "game and fish facility" by changing "facilities" (plural) to "facility" (singular) in subsection A.

Adds a comma after "joint legislative budget committee" in subsection B to correct grammatical formatting.

Maintains the Arizona Game and Fish Commission's authority to enter into ground leases and installment purchase agreements for acquiring and financing game and fish facilities.

Allows the commission to contract that purchased game and fish facilities are deemed personal property despite being permanently attached to land.
