Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-709 regarding gifts and donations for employee recognition programs.

Allows state departments and agencies to accept gifts and donations from public entities, private entities, or any person to conduct employee recognition programs.

Subjects all gifts and donations for employee recognition programs to requirements under title 35, chapter 1, article 3 and chapter 23 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Makes a technical correction to the language, changing "for the conduct of" to "to conduct" in the statute.
