Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2301 to add "animal fighting or cockfighting" to the list of acts that constitute racketeering when committed for financial gain.

Expands the definition of "racketeering" under Arizona law to include animal fighting and cockfighting as predicate offenses that can be prosecuted as organized crime when part of a criminal enterprise.

Applies to acts involving racketeering charges when animal fighting or cockfighting is engaged in for financial gain as part of a criminal syndicate or pattern of criminal activity.
