Allows school district governing boards and charter schools to adopt policies requiring students in kindergarten through grade 5 to engage in daily organized physical activity inside or outside the classroom.

Physical education classes may satisfy the daily activity requirement, but unstructured recess time immediately before or after lunch does not.

Prohibits schools from using the new activity policies to disrupt K-3 reading programs and exempts online instruction students from the requirement.

Clarifies that costs for the daily activity policies cannot be offset by student activities monies or auxiliary operations fund monies.

Makes technical amendments to sections 15-304, 15-823, 15-905, 15-1103, 15-1122, and 15-1126 regarding school district accounting, warrants, student admission, and fund management.
