Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2314.01 to add equine care as an authorized use of the anti-racketeering revolving fund.

Permits fund monies to be used for feeding, handling, and transportation costs of equines involved in smuggling that are in the care of the Arizona Department of Agriculture or nonprofit animal rescue organizations.

Maintains existing fund purposes including gang prevention, substance abuse prevention, victim assistance, witness protection, investigation and prosecution of racketeering offenses, and law enforcement officer relocation expenses.

Preserves all existing reporting requirements and fund administration procedures by the Attorney General, including quarterly reports to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission.
