Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3804 regarding the duty of officers to disperse unlawful assemblies.

Removes language authorizing magistrates and officers to "command the aid of all persons present or within the county" when arresting members of unlawfully assembled groups.

Retains the requirement that sheriffs, deputies, city/town officials, peace officers, justices of the peace, and constables must command an unlawfully or riotously assembled group to immediately disperse in the name of the state.

Maintains the provision that officers shall arrest persons who do not immediately disperse after being commanded to do so.
