Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 39-204 regarding publication of notices in newspapers.

Removes commas after "board" in three separate provisions describing publication requirements for state, county, and local officers and commissions.

Changes "in the county which" to "in the county that" in the provision allowing publication in adjoining counties when no newspaper exists in the original county.

Makes technical corrections to grammar and punctuation in the statute governing notice publication procedures.
