Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 42-1008 regarding Department of Revenue employees preparing tax returns.

Prohibits Department of Revenue employees from preparing or assisting in preparing any tax return for compensation, whether required to be filed with federal, state, or local government.

Changes the penalty for violation from "discharge" to "dismissal" as grounds for immediate termination.

Adds the article "the" before "state" in the statute text for grammatical correction.
