Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 37-311 to correct the definition of "existing lessee" by removing the word "existing" before "lessee" in subsection 2(b).

Clarifies that an "existing lessee" includes a lessee who continues to lease state trust lands after those lands are classified as trust lands suitable for conservation purposes.

Maintains the definition of "conservation" as protection of natural assets of state trust lands for long-term benefit of beneficiaries, lessees, public, and unique resources including open space, scenic beauty, protected plants, and wildlife.

Applies to state trust lands and their classification and use for conservation purposes under Arizona law.
