Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-4453 regarding motor vehicle franchise notices of intention.

Exempts proposed new motorcycle dealerships from the requirement that franchisors notify existing dealers in the community and surrounding areas when establishing an additional dealership of the same line-make.

Retains the notice requirement for non-motorcycle motor vehicle dealerships, which must be sent to dealers within the community and within ten miles (or twenty miles in counties with fewer than 200,000 residents).

Maintains existing provisions regarding dealership relocation, reopening, and franchise termination procedures.
