Requires each county to maintain a website link to the Arizona criminal justice commission on the county's website.

Modifies reporting requirements for the anti-racketeering revolving fund, requiring state departments and agencies to file quarterly reports with the attorney general, and sheriffs and city/town departments to also file with their respective boards of supervisors or city/town councils.

Requires county attorneys to file quarterly reports with the Arizona criminal justice commission and requires political subdivisions to file reports with the board of supervisors, city/town councils, and county attorney of their respective counties.

Establishes penalties for late reporting by withholding fund expenditures for non-compliant agencies and political subdivisions until reports are filed.

Directs the Arizona criminal justice commission to compile all quarterly reports into comprehensive annual reports for submission to state leadership by September 30 of each year.
