Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-481 and 15-491 regarding school district elections for budget overrides and bond issuances.

Requires school districts to include a statement in override election informational reports showing total per-pupil revenues from all funding sources (federal, state, and local) for the most recent fiscal year, as reported by the superintendent of public instruction.

Requires school districts to include the same per-pupil funding statement in publicity pamphlets for class B bond elections and elections to change capital projects authorized by prior voter approval.

Changes terminology from "per cent" to "percent" throughout the statutes governing budget override elections and bond authorization procedures.

Modifies ballot language and informational requirements for various school election types, including overrides for capital improvements and bonds funded by impact aid revenue.
