Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-253 regarding legal opinions on school matters furnished by the superintendent of public instruction.

Removes the word "to" before "other interested persons" in the provision requiring the superintendent to furnish copies of attorney general opinions relating to school matters.

Clarifies that when the attorney general revises a county attorney's opinion on school matters, the attorney general's revised opinion prevails over the county attorney's original opinion.

Requires the attorney general to furnish copies of school-related opinions to the superintendent of public instruction and establishes a 60-day review period for the attorney general to concur, revise, or decline to review county attorney opinions.
