Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-2201 to replace vague language "the effective date of this chapter" with the specific date "August 12, 2005" in two locations within the Application section.

Clarifies that the timeshare law applies to all timeshare plans, properties, and associations established on or after August 12, 2005.

Clarifies that the timeshare law also applies to timeshare plans, properties, and associations established before August 12, 2005, unless the timeshare instrument provides otherwise.

Establishes that this chapter governs over other statutes (titles) when conflicts arise regarding operation and management of timeshare plans, properties, or associations in Arizona.
