AZ SB1190

Adds immunity from prosecution for persons under 21 years of age who violate Arizona's underage drinking laws (sections 4-244, paragraphs 9 and 41) if they request emergency medical or law enforcement assistance for themselves or another person.

Requires the person seeking immunity to cooperate with emergency medical personnel and law enforcement officers and, if requesting assistance for another person, to remain with that person until help arrives.

Amends section 4-244 to clarify language regarding unlawful acts involving spirituous liquor, including grammatical corrections and updates to existing provisions.

Applies immunity protections only when a law enforcement officer has contact with the underage person specifically because emergency assistance was requested.
