Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-912 to require disclosure of the three largest contributors to political committees making independent expenditures, expanding the definition to include corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations.

Requires political committees making independent expenditures to include on campaign literature and advertisements the names and telephone numbers of the top three contributors to the political committee, in addition to existing "paid for by" disclosures.

Specifies that only contributions made during the calendar year in which the independent expenditure is made shall be considered when determining which three contributors to disclose.

Maintains existing exemptions for small items like bumper stickers, pins, buttons, and pens where required statements cannot be conveniently printed.

Retains civil penalty of up to three times the cost of producing and distributing literature or advertisements for violations of disclosure requirements.
