Requires the Citizens Clean Elections Commission to conduct random audits after each general election of corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations that register and make independent expenditures.

Audits shall review notifications, documentation, and financial records to verify compliance with section 16-914.02, subsection K requirements.

Commission may hire an independent accounting firm to conduct the audits, with entities selected for audit by random lot at a commission meeting.

Audit findings are confidential unless a violation is discovered, in which case the commission must notify the appropriate filing officer of the alleged violation.
