Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 42-3307 to correct language regarding state preemption of Indian reservation tobacco taxation.

Replaces comma and conjunction with "or" to clarify that counties, cities, towns, and any other political subdivisions of the state cannot levy tobacco taxes on Indian reservations.

Preserves the existing provision that allows Indian tribes to impose their own tobacco taxes or similar levies within their territories.

Makes a technical grammatical correction to the statute without substantively changing tobacco tax policy.
