Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-502 to require governing boards to adopt and administer personnel policies providing noncertificated school employees with substantially equivalent due process procedures as those prescribed in statute for certificated teachers.

Modifies electronic contract transmission procedures for certificated employees to require contracts be sent to both the employee's school district email address and personal email address to ensure proper notification.

Updates language regarding employment contracts to use gender-neutral terminology replacing "his or her" with "the employee's."

Makes technical corrections to standardize terminology, changing "per cent" to "percent" throughout the statute.

Maintains existing provisions regarding certificated teacher employment requirements, part-time teacher entitlements to due process procedures, business manager qualifications, and prohibitions on tenure-based employment retention priority.
