Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1178 to require the legislature to post all reports and audits submitted by agencies to its website.

Requires agencies and persons submitting statutorily-mandated reports, audits, or consultant reports to the legislature to notify each legislator and provide copies upon request.

Maintains existing requirement that agencies submit reports to the president of the senate, speaker of the house, and the joint legislative audit committee.

Continues requirement that mandated reports be printed in monochromatic ink unless the director of the department of administration authorizes an exception.
