Existing license renewal procedures remain unchanged, including annual expiration dates, two-year renewal options, late renewal penalties of $150, and sixty-day termination provisions.

All existing fee structures for original licenses, annual renewals, transfers, and assignments are maintained without modification.

Surcharge provisions for compliance audits, enforcement programs, and neighborhood association interaction remain in effect as previously established.
