Allows school districts with fiscal year 2014-2015 teacher experience index of 1.0000 or less to submit corrected teacher experience index data meeting specific conditions.

Applicable only to common school districts with average daily membership between 135 and 150 students in the 2013-2014 school year that received basic state aid in both fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.

Requires the 2013-2014 teacher experience index to have been greater than 1.1000 while the 2014-2015 preliminary index must be greater than 1.0000 after data submission.

Permits school districts meeting all conditions to revise budgets to reflect the corrected index increase and adjust state aid accordingly.

Effective April 13, 2015.
