Allows foreign personal representatives, administrators, guardians, or conservators to release mortgages on Arizona property by recording an authenticated copy of their appointment in the county recorder's office.

Applies when the deceased person or minor was not an Arizona resident at the time of death and no personal representative or administrator has been appointed in Arizona.

Grants foreign-appointed fiduciaries the same authority as those appointed in Arizona to execute satisfaction or deeds of release of mortgages on Arizona property.

Makes a technical correction to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-710 regarding the language describing the residency status of deceased persons.
