Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-242 to allow school districts and charter schools to conduct fundraisers that include the sale of foods of minimal nutritional value, notwithstanding the existing prohibition on such foods during the normal school day.

Removes outdated implementation dates (July 1, 2006 and July 15, 2006) from the nutrition standards requirements for elementary, middle, and junior high schools.

Maintains existing nutrition standards that require foods and beverages sold or served on school grounds to meet federal guidelines, with authority for the department to approve carbonated beverages that meet nutrition standards.

Grants the Department of Education authority to issue exemptions for fundraising activities involving the sale of foods of minimal nutritional value on school campuses.

Preserves existing exemptions for off-campus sales, faculty lounge sales, and student group fundraising activities.
