Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-771 regarding unemployment insurance eligibility requirements.

Prohibits the Department of Economic Security from presuming that full-time students are unavailable for work or disqualifying them from unemployment benefits based solely on their student status.

Makes minor technical corrections to existing eligibility language, including replacing "in accordance with such" with "pursuant to" and other clarifying edits.

Maintains all other existing eligibility requirements for unemployment benefits, including work registration, claims filing, ability to work, work availability, job search efforts, and wage thresholds.
