Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 25-530 to prohibit courts from considering federal disability benefits awarded to a spouse for service-connected disabilities when determining spousal maintenance awards.

Specifies that courts cannot factor in benefits awarded under 10 U.S. Code Section 1413a or 38 U.S. Code Chapter 11 when deciding whether to award spousal maintenance or determining the amount of such awards.

Defines "requesting party" as the person who filed a motion for spousal maintenance for purposes of this section.
