Establishes administrative hearing procedures for tenants of park trailers and park models under the Recreational Vehicle Long-term Rental Space Act through the Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety.

Allows park model and park trailer tenants to petition for administrative hearings to enforce the Recreational Vehicle Long-term Rental Space Act before filing suit, with a nonrefundable filing fee established by the director.

Creates the Recreational Vehicle Long-term Rental Space Hearing Office Fund to be administered by the department, funded by filing fees and used to cover costs of administrative hearings for these disputes.

Prohibits administrative law judges from awarding attorney fees to either party in recreational vehicle long-term rental space disputes, distinguishing these cases from other administrative proceedings.

Adds park model and park trailer disputes to the jurisdiction of administrative law judges alongside existing authority over mobile home parks, condominiums, and planned communities.
