Reduces the application fee to establish each banking branch office from $1,500 to $750.

Makes no changes to fees for other financial institutions, including savings and loan associations, credit unions, trust companies, mortgage brokers, and other enterprises regulated by the Department of Financial Institutions.

Maintains all existing annual renewal fees and other regulatory fees for financial institutions and enterprises.
