AZ SB1346

Adds verification of the last four digits of a social security number as an acceptable form of proof of United States citizenship for voter registration applicants.

Allows county recorders to accept social security number verification as an alternative to other required citizenship documentation such as birth certificates, passports, or naturalization documents.

Updates references from "immigration and naturalization service" to "citizenship and immigration services" to reflect current federal agency naming.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for this amendment to section 16-166 to become effective, per Arizona Constitution requirements.
