Expands voter registration deadline options by allowing registrations mailed 29+ days before an election to be valid if received within 5 days after the final registration deadline, in addition to the existing midnight deadline requirement.

Establishes in-person registration at county recorder offices as valid through 7:00 p.m. on election day if completed before midnight 14 days before the election.

Creates new pathway for electronic voter registration through the Department of Transportation, valid if transmitted before midnight 14 days before election and received by county recorder by 7:00 p.m. on election day.

Allows registrations submitted by other means to be valid if dated 29+ days before election and received by county recorder by 7:00 p.m. on election day.

Requires Department of Transportation and Secretary of State to transmit electronically generated voter registrations to appropriate county recorders within 5 days of receipt.
