AZ SB1350

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-579 to expand acceptable forms of identification for voting at polling places.

Adds veterans administration health identification cards issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as valid photo identification for voting purposes.

Adds valid identification cards issued by accredited postsecondary educational institutions in Arizona as acceptable identification, provided they are accompanied by supplementary documents if the address doesn't match the precinct register.

Makes technical changes to language regarding signature roster procedures, replacing "prior to" with "before" and "shall" with "do not" in subsection D.

Requires passage by at least three-fourths of the members in each house of the Arizona Legislature pursuant to the state constitution.
