Amends Arizona statutes 38-502 and 38-503 regarding public officer conflict of interest disclosure and restrictions.

Adds new definition of "remote interest" to exclude personal financial interests of less than $500 in actions taken during official duties from conflict of interest requirements.

Changes the threshold for remote interest in trade, business, or profession from at least 10 members to at least 100 members where an officer's interest is no greater than other members.

Clarifies grammatical language throughout the statutes, replacing "which" with "that" and updating gender-neutral pronouns.

Maintains existing prohibitions on public officers and employees supplying equipment, materials, or services to their agencies without public competitive bidding, with limited exceptions for school districts and other political subdivisions.
