Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1231 to modify the definition of "gift" to limit food or beverage expenditures to no more than $50 per calendar year.

Changes the exemption for food or beverages from unlimited gifts to only those costing no more than $50 annually for state officers or employees.

Applies the $50 annual limit to food or beverages provided by principals, public bodies, lobbyists, designated public lobbyists, and authorized public lobbyists.

Makes minor grammatical corrections to article definitions, changing "a lobbyist" to "an authorized public lobbyist" and similar phrasing in related definitions.
