Requires public service corporations to register and notify filing officers within one day of making contributions exceeding specified thresholds: $5,000 or more in statewide races, $2,500 or more in legislative races, or $1,000 or more in local races.

Mandates that registration include the corporation's name and address, plus name, title, email, and phone number of the person authorizing the contribution.

Requires each contribution notification to include the corporation name, contribution amount, recipient political committee or corporation name, candidate name and race, support/opposition designation, and contribution date.

Imposes civil penalties of up to three times the total contribution amount for failure to register or notify as required, enforceable by the attorney general, county attorney, or city/town attorney.

Creates a class 1 misdemeanor for knowingly false filings related to contributions under this section, with a requirement for reasonable cause determination by the filing officer before enforcement action.
