AZ SB1360

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-411 to require county boards of supervisors to designate on-campus voting centers at universities under the Arizona Board of Regents and community college campuses in consultation with student government and college district governing boards.

Establishes minimum voting center requirements based on campus enrollment: at least one center for campuses with 10,000 or fewer students, two for 10,001-19,999 students, three for 20,000-39,999 students, four for 40,000-49,999 students, five for 50,000-59,999 students, and six for 60,000 or more students.

Campus voting centers must operate during both the early voting period and on election day, allowing any county voter to receive the appropriate ballot and lawfully cast their vote.

Removes existing language limiting precinct line changes during the period from July 31, 2008 to January 1, 2011, replacing it with the on-campus voting center requirement.
