Adds section 9-491.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes prohibiting cities and towns from requiring additional business licenses for real estate brokers or salespersons.

Exempts real estate professionals licensed under Arizona Revised Statutes title 32, chapter 20, article 2 from city or town business license requirements.

Applies only to real estate brokers and salespersons who are already licensed to do business in the city or town where their primary place of business is located.

Effective April 2, 2015.
