Allows candidates of the same political party to file nomination papers jointly for offices in the same election district that require filing with the same officer, provided the offices are on the same primary election ballot.

Permits a single joint nomination petition where each signature counts toward the signature requirement for each candidate listed on the petition, with clear disclosure that signers are nominating multiple candidates.

Requires joint nomination petitions to clearly state that by signing, qualified electors are nominating more than one candidate for office.

Applies only to candidates seeking nomination at a partisan or nonpartisan primary election within the same political party and election district.

Amends sections 16-311 and 16-314 of Arizona Revised Statutes to establish procedures and requirements for joint candidate nomination filings.
